Governance

Following a review of governance arrangements across the Trust, Trustees have agreed on changes to the governance structures which take effect from September 2022. The overall aim is to further strengthen governance arrangements across the Trust Sapientia Education Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees who have statutory responsibility for governance. Our revised arrangements have explicit aims, one of these being to ensure effective parental/career input by means of a Parent Focus Group (PFG) at each school. This group facilitates communication between the Headteacher and parents/carers and acts as a consultative group.
